Inter-Library Loan Request

Please choose one of the following request forms:

You MUST be currently registered at the Boreham Library as a student, employee or public library patron to request InterLibrary Loan. Please check your Patron Record to be sure we have your current phone number, address and (if possible) email. This is how you will be notified when material arrives or is cancelled.
Basic InterLibrary Loan charges are required only for items received:

Current UA Fort Smith Students	$1.00 each loan received
Registered public library patrons	$3.50 for each loan received
No charge for UA Fort Smith Faculty using I.D. card.

(Public library patrons may pay less if they request ILL through their public library).
The normal time for materials to arrive is 7 to 14 days.
You are charged the fee when materials arrive, whether or not you pick them up.
Some restrictions or added charges may be required by the lending library; you may limit additional charges on the forms.

You may also Order directly from commercial document suppliers using your credit card
on your home/office computer.
Do not use computers in classrooms or the Library to order with a credit card, as the information is not secure.
