Request for Reconsideration of Library Resources

The University of Arkansas - Fort Smith has charged the Boreham Library director and staff with the responsibility for selection and evaluation of library resources, and has established reconsideration procedures to address concerns about those resources for local residents, currently enrolled students, and currently employed faculty and staff.
If you wish to request reconsideration of library resources, please print out and return this completed form to the Library Director, Boreham Library, University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, P.O. 3649, Fort Smith AR 72913-3649.

No reconsideration can occur until the request is made in this proper format. Verbal or other forms of communication may not be legally compelling
